Conditions and Cancellation Policy:

 

A deposit equivalent to two nights tariff, or 25% of the total accommodation costs, is required to confirm your booking. Balance payable on arrival.

By prior arrangement we can coordinate tour bookings, airport transfers, limousine and car hire, and food and beverage provisioning.

Any reservation cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of the paid deposit.

Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, or 'no-shows' will incur forfeiture of the deposit unless the property is relet for the entire period of the original booking.
